100 Summer Stretches

  •  Every Friday and Monday at 0900 until end of September. 😍
  • Walk from Fitzgerald's Bar to Playazo beach. 10 minutes.
  • 100 Tibetan Stretches routine. 20 minutes.
  • Dip in the ocean. 10 minutes.
  • Rinse off under the beach shower. 10 minutes.
  • Walk back to Fitzgerald's Bar for breakfast. 10 mins.
  • An easy hour of wake up routine twice a week every Monday and Friday.
  • €10 includes breakfast.
  • Bring your swimwear and your towel. 

This is a tough 20 minutes so if you start it you will probably not be able to complete 100 at first but you will work up to that number over a period of weeks and months.
